How to cancel your paid subscription to the Business Directory
Login at everywherek.com with your registered email address for EverywhereK®
Click on My Profile and then My Businesses
Click on Upgrade
Now click on the Upgrade button under the Silver column
You should now see 'Upgrade Package' and the Package should say 'SILVER (£0.00 per month)'.
Now click on the Upgrade button underneath and this should issue you with a 'receipt' for 'Amount due per cycle: £0.00'
NB Please remember that monthly charges taken before this procedure is followed cannot be refunded.
Also please DO NOT list your business as just the website name. If you wish to do this then you will need to upgrade to a PLATINUM listing.
