1. SERVICE and PRICE LIST

Certain advert/message categories incur a charge (as we are a business); please refer to the table below for our current pricing structure. We reserve the right to reject any message or ask the poster to resubmit it using a different category. Our decision is final in this matter.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

3.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

3.2 We collect some personal information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your message/advert and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

3.3 The type of information we will collect about you includes:

* name
* address
* phone number
* email address
* credit/debit card details (we store only partial data)

3.4 EdgwareK^® does not store or retain your credit and/or debit card information or any other personal financial information. The information you provide is used only at the time of transaction for authorization and payment and thereafter removed from our system. We use a Merchanting system (currently PayPal) to take secure payments via credit card, debit card or PayPal. In these cases your email address may be used to send you a receipt for your payment.

3.5 We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We do however reserve the right to send you the odd email just to remind you that we are still here!

3.6 We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. However if you choose to just be able to access the website from time to time and not receive any of our regular email messages or digests, we do still reserve the right to send you the very occasional (and relatively infrequent) message informing you about our service or any changes that we make to it. Otherwise your account will be completely deleted and you will then not even be able to even login or post an advert.

3.7 We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

3.8 The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Profile" link at the top right. If you find any inaccuracies you can correct it promptly.

3.9 The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

3.10 If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

3.11 We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie' which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your message has been posted on the EdgwareK^® website/or distributed to its members, cancellation and refund is no longer available.

5. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

5.1 FAIR USAGE POLICY: It is strictly forbidden for members of EdgwareK^® to use EdgwareK^® and the data contained therein, for the purposes of commercial gain, without the written permission of the owners of EdgwareK^® neither are they allowed to pass such information on to any third party. If we discover that a member is doing this, then we will expect to receive a suitable referral fee. As a minimum, their membership may be reduced to 'Advertiser' status without us having to give them notice. At this time they will only be able to advertise and not be able to view or reply to other member's adverts or postings.

'Advertiser' member status may also be imposed if our admin staff discover that a member is potentially advertising a product or service to other members without actually posting a paid advert on the system. As soon as this is realised, we will try to inform the member so that they can submit paying adverts for the product or service being offered.

5.2 We reserve the right to terminate your membership of EdgwareK^® if we feel that you have breached any of our terms and conditions etc, without having to give you a reason. This can also happen if we are informed that a member has made derogatory statements about our system to other people.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
